Mucka
Agents
Mucka runs the business around the jobs for UK heating, plumbing and HVAC firms. Engineers talk, type, ring or WhatsApp it to raise quotes and invoices, fill in CP12s and other gas, oil and F-Gas certificates (they work with no signal) and book work into the diary. Service reminders come straight from each certificate's due date. An AI receptionist answers the phone and pencils jobs in. Nothing goes to a customer until the owner approves it. Web, iOS and Android.
